2018 A&P Sommer Foundation Awardees
In June 2018, the Adrienne & Pierre Sommer Foundation once again took part in the Fondation de France annual national awards ceremony, bestowing two special prizes for remarkable, inspiring, and replicable HAI initiatives.

Created in 1971, the Adrienne & Pierre Sommer Foundation is France’s only independent, private nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people through human-animal interaction.
Since 2003, the Foundation has provided funding for over 700 iniatives throughout France, for a total of 7 million euros.
